The application form will remain open until June 15, 2026, or until spots are filled. Applicants will receive an email by June 20, 2026 informing them if they have been accepted as vendors at the market.

Venue Information (Flare ‘N Derrick Hall, Diamond Valley, Alberta):

• Wifi will be available for use during the event.

• Vendors will have access to the venue the night before (Friday, August 21st, 2026) and can set up for the market. Tear down must be complete between 4:00pm - 7:00pm on Saturday August 22nd, 2026.

• Bathrooms are onsite.

• Parking is available at the venue, however it is encouraged to leave the spaces right by the venue open for market attendees.

• A vendor space by an electrical outlet is not guaranteed - please plan accordingly.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the market. Vendors will be selected to ensure a balanced and curated event experience.

Accepted vendors will receive an invoice via email. Payment is required within 7 days to secure your space. Unpaid spaces may be released to waitlisted vendors.

Cancellations made before July 15, 2026 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after July 15, 2026. Refunds will not be issued for weather, low attendance, travel issues, or personal circumstances.

In the event of circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, including severe weather, venue closure, emergency, or government restrictions, the event may be postponed or cancelled. Vendor fees may be partially refunded at the organizer’s discretion after event expenses are considered.

Vendors must complete setup prior to market opening (10:00am) and remain for the duration of the event (4:00pm). Early teardown is not permitted unless approved by the organizer.

By participating in the market, vendors grant permission for the organizer to use submitted images, business names, logos, and photographs taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes, including social media, website, and future event advertising.

The organizer and venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, or for injury incurred during the event.

Vendors are expected to behave respectfully toward guests, staff, and fellow vendors. The organizer reserves the right to remove vendors engaging in disruptive or inappropriate conduct.
